The Soot Slayer was great. We got a quote from another company wanting us to replace our chimney liner for about $2,000. Then we got a quote from Richard which was way less; he said we didn't need to replace our liner, he could clean it. He took care of it and it was less $$ than he thought it would be. He was professional, honest and left everything clean. I will be calling the Soot Slayer every year for our routine maintenance. I highly recommend him.
